I got two new tattoos!
One is an addition to the white ink Namaste in Sanskrit on my right wrist, with a light blue moon. It means: evolving human mind/spirit, womanhood, sisterhood, it's the symbol of the goddess... pretty neat stuff. The other is a plain black musical natural symbol in the middle of my back right where my neck and shoulders meet. It, of course, sticks with my musical theme (I have a white ink treble clef on my right wrist), but this one also means natural progression of thought, logic, reason, and in extreme cases, atheism. I'm already planning my next one, a stylized treble clef drawn by my bu on the inside of my left ankle. Things things are like crack, I started planning my next one while Mikey was coloring in the moon on my wrist.
Other than that things are good - I finished Benazir's autobiography, moved on to Cry of The People, and have since began to plan out the next decade or so of my life in extreme excitement and trepidation. My mandolin has been a constant source of relaxation for me - guitar-type instruments are truly in a league of their own.
My bu and I are tighter than ever, and we've vowed to start a Critical Mass ride here in Milledgeville to remind motorists that bikes have a right to the road as well. I've almost gotten my ass flattened multiple times, not to mention I've been yelled at by cops to ride on the sidewalks, even thought it's ILLEGAL for cyclists to ride there! I won't bore you with how frustrating that is to me, I'm sure you can figure it out.
Anywho, that's about it... I just wanted to gush about my new ink!
